Shipping methods
We ship parcels from the Czech Republic worldwide using the carrier selected by you. For every dispatched parcel, you will receive a tracking number in the information e-mail. If you cannot find your destination in the list, please contact us.
Packeta – pickup points / lockers
Delivery to a pickup point or locker. Fast, convenient and cost-effective shipping with shipment tracking.
PPL – pickup points / home delivery
Delivery to an address or pickup point. Reliable shipping within the Czech Republic and abroad, usually on the next business day.
DHL – international delivery
Express delivery across Europe and worldwide. Fast and reliable shipping with shipment tracking.
FedEx – international shipping
Worldwide delivery. Suitable for fast and secure international delivery.
Czech Post – registered mail
Registered shipment with tracking, delivered against the recipient’s signature or stored at the post office.
Delivery: EU 3–10 business days, outside the EU 7–21 business days. Suitable for shipments up to 100 g.
Balíkovna – pickup points
Delivery to Balíkovna pickup points across the Czech Republic. Fast pickup without waiting.
Payment methods
Online payment gateway

Payment is processed immediately and the order is sent for processing right away.
QR payment
Fast payment using a QR code in your banking app.
Bank transfer
Payment in advance to a bank account. The order is processed after the payment is credited.

Payment upon receipt of the shipment, by cash or card depending on the carrier.
