For the provision of our services, the sale of goods and the operation of our website, we process certain personal data.

 

The processing of personal data is governed in particular by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (“GDPR”)

 

I.                Processing of personal data

 

  1. Processing of personal data in the case of using the contact form

 

If you inquire about our products and services, we will work with the contact details that you provide to us, mainly through the inquiry form. These are: first name and surname, address, telephone contact, email address, billing details.

     

      For what reason?

               We contact you through these details for further communication regarding the purchase and inquiry of goods.

 

               On what legal basis?

This is processing on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – negotiations on a contract, or taking steps prior to entering into a contract at your request.

 

               How long will we process personal data?

If we do not establish further cooperation, we will process your data for a maximum of 20 years from our last communication.

 

  1. Processing of personal data in the case of purchase

 

If you make a purchase from us, we will work with the data that you fill in for us. These are mainly billing details: first name and surname, address, telephone contact, email address, billing details.

 

 

      For what reason?

We need to process personal data in order to fulfil our contract – to deliver our goods or services to you. Through the contact details, we will also communicate with you regarding the status of your order, or regarding complaints or your questions.

 

We will also process personal data in order to fulfil our legal obligations (mainly for accounting and tax purposes, or for handling complaints and others).

 

               On what legal basis do we process personal data?

This is processing on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract, and Article 6(1)(c) GDPR – compliance with our legal obligation.

 

               How long will we process personal data?

For the duration of the provision of our service and then for 20 years from the last provision of such service or delivery of goods.

 

  1. Newsletters (commercial communications)

 

If you are a purchasing customer and have not prohibited us from doing so during the purchase, we will use your email address to send you our news.

 

               On what legal basis?

This is allowed to us by Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, unless you have refused this during the purchase.

 

               How long will we process personal data?

20 years from your last purchase. You may unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time via email or contact us at: info@phonofix.com

 

II.              Who will have access to the data?

 

Your data will remain with us. Nevertheless, some companies or other persons work for us and may gain access to the data because they help us with the operation of our e-shop. These are:

  • the operator of the Shoptet e-shop platform (Shoptet a.s., with registered office at Dvořeckého 628/8, Břevnov, 169 00, Prague 6, Company ID No. 289 35 675, the company is registered with the Municipal Court in Prague, Section B, Insert 25 395)
  • companies involved in the dispatch of goods according to your chosen delivery method
  • companies involved in the processing of payments according to your chosen payment method
  • the provider of the email service Forpsi
  • the marketing agency Ecomail

III.            What else you should know

 

Our company has not appointed a Data Protection Officer.

 

In our company, decisions are made on the basis of automated processing or profiling.

The GDPR gives you, among other things, the right to contact us and request information about which of your personal data we process, to request access to these data from us and have them updated or corrected, or to request restriction of processing, you may request a copy of the personal data being processed, request that we erase personal data in certain situations, and in certain cases you have the right to their portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interest.

 

If you believe that we do not handle data properly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection, or alternatively bring your claims before a court.
